• Email address, when you sign up for a launch alert, such as the Datum Kickstarter alert.
• Password, if you create an account on our sign-up page. Passwords are processed by our authentication provider, Supabase, and stored only in hashed form. We cannot see your password.
• Consent record: the date and time you signed up and the page you used.
• Campaign data: if you arrived from an ad, the UTM parameters or click ID in the link, so we can tell which ads work.
• Usage data: if analytics or advertising tags are enabled, your browser may send standard data such as pages viewed, device type, approximate location from IP address, and cookie identifiers to Google.

We do not collect payment information on this Site. Pledges and reservations are handled entirely by Kickstarter or Datum under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not share your email with Datum.

How we use it

• To email you when the Datum Kickstarter campaign launches.
• To send occasional Slate Creek Roasters coffee gear news. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
• To measure and improve our advertising, for example counting sign-ups from a Google Ads campaign.

We use trusted providers to run the Site and send email, such as our web host, our email or form provider, Supabase (account sign-up and authentication), and Google (Google Ads and Google Analytics). We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until 12 months after the Datum Kickstarter campaign ends, whichever comes first.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
• Ask us to delete your account, or to access, correct, or delete your data by emailing [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.
